Clinical and Physician Factors Associated With Failed Operative Vaginal Delivery

CONCLUSION: In this large, contemporary cohort with NTSV births, several clinical factors were associated with operative vaginal delivery failure. Physician experience was associated with operative vaginal delivery success, more notably for forceps attempts.
