Diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound for identification of radiographic knee oa: the johnston county osteoarthritis project

Purpose: Ultrasound (US) is a non-invasive and efficient imaging technique that allows for visualization of many features relevant to knee osteoarthritis (KOA) including osteophytes, meniscal extrusion, synovitis, and articular cartilage damage. The current analysis aimed to determine the diagnostic accuracy of index US definitions for radiographic KOA.
