921 Inhibition of IARS alleviates skin inflammation in psoriasis through JAK2/STAT3 pathway

The aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases (ARSs) are a family of essential enzymes that participate the protein synthesis through ligate amino acids to their corresponding tRNAs. Although we have previously revealed that mupirocin blocks Imiquimod (IMQ) -induced psoriasis-like skin lesion by inhibiting epidermal isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase (IARS), the mechanisms of IARS in psoriatic local inflammation have remained unelucidated. Here, we investigated that IARS was specifically highly expressed in keratinocytes compared with immune cells.
