Letter to the Editor Regarding: “Identifying large vessel occlusion using the hyperdense artery sign in patients treated with mechanical thrombectomy”

We read with great interest the article by Saito et al. that showed the usefulness of maximum intensity projection (MIP) with iterative reconstruction algorism (IR) of non-contrast CT in detecting hyperdense arterial signs (HAS) in patients considered mechanical thrombectomy.1
