Assessing counseling student self-reported competencies in primary care behavioral health.

This article presents the results of 34 master’s level counseling students’ self-reported competencies in PCBH as a result of a PCBH training program. Results: Results indicated that students’ self-perceived competence across all domains increased over time. Discussion: Implications for the function of self-reported skill development in students training as behavioral health consultants in primary care are discussed.
