Employment Status of Nurses After a Psychoeducational Group Intervention: A Matched Case-Control Study
CONCLUSION
At a relatively low cost compared with the cost of turnover by each nurse, the psychoeducational group intervention may provide an opportunity to improve retention among nurses.
