Emerging concepts of type I interferons in SLE pathogenesis and therapy

Nature Reviews Rheumatology, Published online: 12 September 2022; doi:10.1038/s41584-022-00826-zIn this Review, Psarras, Wittmann and Vital discuss evidence of the production of type I interferons by cells and tissues other than haematopoietic cells.
