New red-emitting phosphor of Eu 3+ -doped Ba 2 Gd 0.67 W 1 & #x2212;x Mo x O 6 for solid state lighting

Yitong Jiang, Wenhao Liu, Jie Liu, Xibin Yu A new red emission phosphor Ba2Gd0.67WO6 was synthesized. The introduction of Mo extends the excitation peak from 370 to 425 nm, which is more suitable for solid-state lighting applications.
