Today, ConAgra Foods, Omaha, Neb., in cooperation with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is voluntarily recalling a limited number of packages of its Andy Capp’s Hot Fries flavor product that may contain the Andy Capp’s Cheddar Fries flavor, and, therefore, an undeclared allergen—soy. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
