Bullous Pemphigoid Developed after the COVID-19 Vaccine
Skinmed. 2023 Aug 28;21(3):200-202. eCollection 2023.ABSTRACTA 91-year-old man presented with pruriginous tense blisters and erosions on the upper and lower extremities (Figures 1A and 1B). Mucous membranes were unaffected and Nikolsky's sign was negative. These lesions appeared 48 hours after the administration of the second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The patient had received the first dose of the same vaccine 23 days prior to the onset of lesions. He did not suffer from any other post-vaccination adverse effects.PMID:37634107
