Mechanical recanalization in ischemic anterior circulation stroke within an 8-hour time window: a real-world experience.
CONCLUSION: Our data confirms the safety and effectiveness of mechanical recanalization performed in carefully selected patients with ischemic stroke in the anterior circulation within 8 h of stroke onset or with unknown onset time in everyday practice. Value of pre-intervention CT perfusion imaging in acute ischemic stroke prognosis
This article critically evaluates the value of multimodal CT imaging in early diagnosis and prognosis of acute ischemic stroke with a focus on the role of CTP in delineating tissue characteristics, patient selection, and outcomes after reperfusion therapy.
