A comparative study of thoracoscopic left atrial appendage clipping versus stapled resection
CONCLUSIONS: The clipping group demonstrated a higher rate of complete LAA closure compared to the stapled resection group. Close monitoring of patients with residual LAA stumps is essential. Transapical Transcatheter Mitral Valve Implantation with the Tendyne Valve: The Swiss Experience
CONCLUSION: Transcatheter mitral valve implantation with Tendyne is feasible to treat polymorbid patients suffering from complex mitral valve disease as well as patients with previous mitral interventions.
