FABS: An Intuitive Tool for Screening of Stroke Mimics in the Emergency Department Clinical Sciences
Conclusions— FABS seems to be reliable in stratifying SM from acute cerebral ischemia cases among patients in whom the head computed tomography was negative for any acute findings. It can help clinicians consider advanced imaging for further diagnosis.

Association of Computed Tomography Ischemic Lesion Location With Functional Outcome in Acute Large Vessel Occlusion Ischemic Stroke Clinical Sciences
Conclusions—The association between follow-up noncontrast computed tomography ILV and outcome as assessed with mRS 3 months after stroke is strengthened by accounting for the mRS relevance of the affected brain areas. Future prediction models should account for the ILV in brain areas of high mRS relevance.

Clot Burden Score on Admission T2*-MRI Predicts Recanalization in Acute Stroke Clinical Sciences
Conclusions— T2*-CBS, a new reproducible semiquantitative score adapted from the computed tomography angiography-CBS, is associated with 24-hour recanalization and 3-month outcome after intravenous thrombolysis. This score needs external validation and could be useful to identify poor responders to intravenous thrombolysis.

Thrombus Permeability Is Associated With Improved Functional Outcome and Recanalization in Patients With Ischemic Stroke Clinical Sciences
Conclusions— This study shows that simultaneous measurement of thrombus attenuation in noncontrast computed tomography and computed tomographic angiography allows for quantification of thrombus perviousness. Thrombus perviousness is strongly associated with improved functional outcome, smaller final infarct volume, and higher recanalization rate.

DWI-ASPECTS (Diffusion-Weighted Imaging-Alberta Stroke Program Early Computed Tomography Scores) and DWI-FLAIR (Diffusion-Weighted Imaging-Fluid Attenuated Inversion Recovery) Mismatch in Thrombectomy Candidates Brief Report
Conclusions—Agreement between clinicians assessing DWI-ASPECTS and DWI-FLAIR mismatch may not be sufficient to make repeatable clinical decisions in mechanical thrombectomy. The dichotomization of the DWI-ASPECTS (0–5 versus 0–6 or 0–6 versus 7–10) improved interrater and intrarater agreement, however, its relevance for patients selection for mechanical thrombectomy needs to be validated in a randomized trial.

Associations Between Collateral Status and Thrombus Characteristics and Their Impact in Anterior Circulation Stroke Clinical Sciences
Conclusions—Patients with lower thrombus burden and higher thrombus perviousness scores had higher collateral score.
