CONCLUSIONS: Cardiac operations after TAVR are increasing and interval between TAVR and operation decreasing. Most cardiac operations are complex, high-risk reoperations and isolated AVR rare. TAVR After Prior Mitral Valve Surgery: Results from the Transcatheter Valve Therapy Registry.
CONCLUSIONS: Patients with prior SMVR undergoing TAVR had similar 30-day outcomes, slightly higher 1-year mortality, and no increase in early PVL compared to those without previous SMVR. Outcomes of Planned 2-Stage Hybrid Aortic Repair with Dacron Replaced Proximal Landing Zone.
