P064/122 Treatment of intracranial aneurysms with flow diversion in a real-world scenario - 10-year single center cohort
ConclusionOur series suggests that treatment with FD is feasible in a wide spectrum of cases, including aneurysms in different locations, sizes and morphology, ruptured and non-ruptured, reflecting a real-world scenario. Although available devices may differ, they seem to demonstrate comparable and adequate safety and effectiveness.Disclosure of InterestNothing to disclose

P077/180 Silk vista baby flow diverter stent for unruptured distal brain aneurysms: a Brazilian retrospective observational study
ConclusionThe SVB has high rates of technical success and an acceptable safety profile. Distal aneurysms may occlude slower due to relative oversizing of the devices and coils could help to improve the occlusion rate.Disclosure of InterestNothing to disclose

P089/268 Safety and efficacy of the fourth-generation Acandis Acclino Flex Plus stent in managing complex intracranial aneurysms
ConclusionThe AFP stent demonstrated feasibility and favourable safety and efficacy in the treatment of complex aneurysms. These results support its clinical use and highlight the need for further studies to evaluate its performance in different aneurysm subsets and to determine its specific role in the endovascular treatment of aneurysms.Disclosure of InterestCK serves as consultants for Acandis GmbH (Pforzheim, Germany) and proctor for MicroVention Inc./Sequent Medical (Aliso Viejo, CA, USA). P090/269 Comparative analysis between a second-generation (acandis acclino) and a first-generation (enterprise) stent system
ConclusionAdvanced stents offer reduced thromboembolic risk and comparable aneurysm occlusion to first-generation stents due to their flexible design and surface modification. These results support the clinical use of advanced stent systems, but further comparative studies are needed to conclusively evaluate the efficacy of stent-assisted coiling with the Acclino stent and other systems.Disclosure of InterestCK serves as consultants for Acandis GmbH (Pforzheim, Germany) and proctor for MicroVention Inc./Sequent Medical (Aliso Viejo, CA, USA). P005/44 Using the pEGASUS-stent with antithrombogenic properties and single antiplatelet therapy in a case of thrombectomy
IntroductionRescue stenting is used more and more in stroke cases with large-vessel-occlusion or medium-vessel-occlusion refractory to mechanical thrombectomy. The pEGASUS-stent(Phenox) represents a device which is equipped with a hydrophilic polymer coating(HPC) with antithrombogenic properties. The coating allows for implantation under single antiplatelet therapy, thus possibly reducing the risk of bleeding in acute stroke cases.Case HistoryA 79-year-old woman was rushed to emergency room due to left-sided hemiparesis and National-Institutes-of-Health-Stroke-Scale(NIHSS) of 14. P007/80 Dural arteriovenous fistula presenting as parkinsonism, treated with transvenous embolization across from the contralateral sinus using a coil basket as a wall: A case report
ConclusionParkinsonism and cognitive dysfunction in DAVF is reversible when treated. Therefore, the prompt and exact diagnosis is important.Disclosure of InterestNothing to disclose

P008/85 Transarterial embolization (including hypoglossal artery) of dural arteriovenous fistula with multiple venous varices: Case report
ConclusionDAVF with venous varix is defined as high risk for venous hypertension or hemorrhage. There is a possibility of lower CN injury during embolization for hypoglossal artery, so accurate knowledge of anatomical structures is essential. Transarterial embolization for DAVF with large venous varix is a safe and considerable treatment option, even when fed by hypoglossal artery.Disclosure of InterestNothing to disclose

P009/86 Infected giant pseudoaneurysm of extracranial internal carotid artery with extreme vascular tortuosity: Difficulty in accessing the devices in endovascular treatment
ConclusionWhen we deciding treatment strategy, surgery could not be considered due to uncontrolled infection and suggesting inflammatory/erosive changes. Because of no collateral flow, carotid sacrifice could not be considered. Endovascular treatment is preferred option, but treatment strategy should be personalized.Disclosure of InterestNothing to disclose

P013/117 A case of delayed post-hypoxic leukoencephalopathy after ischemic stroke
ConclusionThis case illustrates that the manifestation of clinical symptoms and morphological alterations observed on MRI, indicative of DPHL, may not exclusively result from global hypoxia. Rather, such changes can also manifest in patients with a large vessel occlusion within the corresponding vascular territories.Disclosure of InterestNothing to disclose

P023/222 Traveler, there is no path. The path is made by walking
ConclusionCT angiography showed an apparent lack of access to reach the basilar artery. Nevertheless, the active search for unconventional roads led us to take advantage of an, a priori, non-navigable vessel, with successful recanalization. This underlines that patients should not be refused endovascular treatment based on the apparent lack of access to the cerebral circulation.Disclosure of InterestNothing to disclose
