The effect of theta-burst stimulation on unilateral spatial neglect following stroke: a systematic review.
CONCLUSION:: This systematic review found that theta-burst stimulation seems to improve post-stroke unilateral spatial neglect, but because the evidence is limited to a few small studies with varied and inconsistent protocols and use of terminology, no firm conclusion on effectiveness can be drawn. Effects of robot-(Morning Walk ®) assisted gait training for patients after stroke: a randomized controlled trial.
CONCLUSION: Compared with conventional physiotherapy alone, our results suggest that voluntary strength and balance of stroke patients with hemiparesis might be improved with Morning Walk®-assisted gait training combined with conventional physiotherapy. Are the effects of internal focus instructions different from external focus instructions given during balance training in stroke patients? A double-blind randomized controlled trial.
CONCLUSION: External focus instructions did not result in greater improvement in balance skill in stroke patients compared to internal focus instructions. Attention control comparisons with SLT for people with aphasia following stroke: methodological concerns raised following a systematic review.
CONCLUSION: Distinctions between social support and therapy interventions were eroded. Theoretically based language rehabilitation was the remaining difference in therapy interventions. Social support is an important adjunct to formal language rehabilitation. Therapists should continue to enable those close to the person with aphasia to provide tailored communication support, functional language stimulation and opportunities to apply rehabilitation gains. The effect of Tai Chi training on the dual-tasking performance of stroke survivors: a randomized controlled trial.

Six hours of task-oriented training optimizes walking competency post stroke: a randomized controlled trial in the public health-care system of South Africa.

Treadmill training to improve mobility for people with sub-acute stroke: a phase II feasibility randomized controlled trial.
CONCLUSION: Treadmill training in sub-acute stroke patients was feasible but showed no significant difference in outcomes when compared to normal gait re-education. A randomized controlled trial of a modified wheelchair arm-support to reduce shoulder pain in stroke patients.

Respiratory muscle strength training and neuromuscular electrical stimulation in subacute dysphagic stroke patients: A randomized controlled trial.
CONCLUSION: Adding IEMT to SST was an effective, feasible, and safe approach that improved respiratory muscle strength. Both IEMT and NMES were associated with improvement in pharyngeal swallowing security signs at the end of the intervention, but the effect did not persist at 3-month follow-up and no differences in respiratory complications were detected between treatment groups and controls. Effects of training with a passive hand orthosis and games at home in chronic stroke: a pilot randomised controlled trial.
