Converting a Collaborative Community Based Stroke Exercise Program to an Online Platform during the COVID-19 Pandemic
The 2020 COVID-19 pandemic forced YMCA facilities to close nationwide. We converted an existing community-based stroke exercise program to an online format so participants could continue with the program and remain connected.
