Similarities and differences in perception of disability between patients after a stroke and general practitioners, a pilot study
Discussion GP have a good perception of the troubles of their patients, except for the romantic and sexual relationships, as well as group hobby. This involves coordination between PRM and GP in order to improve the assessment of PR and the environment of post-stroke patients.

Proprioceptive illusion induced by tendon vibration on the upper limb in stroke patients
Conclusion TVR and usual movement illusion under tendon vibration are affected on the hemiplegic side after stroke. Any relationship or not on the observed deficiencies require confirmation with a larger sample.

Beyond stroke: Impact of the lesion side on the recovery of between-hands coordination
Discussion Because the RHD patients were less prematurely coordinated again during bimanual movements than the LHD patients, they may benefit differently from a bimanual rehabilitation, and especially from the simultaneous involvement of the ipsilesional UL. It becomes necessary to investigate to what extent this difference due to lesion side may be integrated into the design of rehabilitation protocols.

Screening of changes in refractometry after stroke: A retrospective cohort study case control
Discussion There are few available data on refractometry disorders prevalence after stroke, some authors report around 20 to 25% [1]. Despite non-significant results, and because of the important refractometer disorders in stroke patients, expressing few visual impairment, this study suggests the interest of a refractometer PlusoptiX® testing to improve their rehabilitation and quality of life [2].

Effect of tendon vibration on upper limb motor recovery with subacute hemiplegia after a stroke: A case report
We report the effect of tendon vibrations of the elbow and wrist flexor muscles on recovery of the upper limb in a recent hemiplegic patient. Low cost objective diagnosis of learned non-use of the paretic arm after a stroke using Kinect technology
Discussion This LNU score measured by Kinect was similar to that measured by Zebris, so we consider Kinect to be accurate enough to measure maladaptive trunk compensation. This LNU score could also be implemented in Kinect video games stroke neurorehabilitation. In the near future, patients could benefit from using low cost Kinect system in their own homes for rehabilitation and to assess their progress.

Feasibility of a self-rehabilitation program for the upper limb for stroke patients in Benin
Discussion and conclusion Self-rehabilitation programs are feasible and inexpensive as they do not involve a therapist. It is then a promising approach in stroke rehabilitation, particularly in developing countries, where rehabilitation costs are usually supported by patients.
