Pharmacy-dispensed drugs for secondary prevention after myocardial infarction.
Abstract BACKGROUND: Secondary prophylactic drugs are important for avoiding further cardiovascular events after myocardial infarction. We have examined whether patients collect these drugs from pharmacies and whether there are differences in survival between those who collect versus do not collect the drugs.
