Abstract The aim of this study was to obtain best estimates of the efficacy and safety of cilostazol-based triple antiplatelet therapy (TAPT: aspirin, clopidogrel and cilostazol) compared with dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT: aspirin and clopidogrel) in patients undergoing coronary stent implantation.
