ConclusionsPatients with dolichoectatic VBFAs treated with flow-diversion and kept under triple therapy had less ischemic strokes, less progression of symptoms and overall better outcomes at last follow-up than similar patients kept under DAPT.Disclosures A. ConclusionsPost-market surveillance is an important to guide patient counselling and identify adverse events and device problems that were not identified in initial trials. ConclusionFlow diverters appear to be a safe and effective treatment for anterior communicating artery aneurysms, presenting as an alternative strategy in the armamentarium of interventionalist. Mid-term results were favorable, and complication rates were low.
