E-070 The use of inpatient virtual shared medical appointments for patients with acute cerebrovascular pathologies and their caregivers: a pilot study to improve health literacy, patient self-efficacy and reduce provider burnout
ConclusionsImplementation of a vSMA program at a tertiary care center during a pandemic was feasible. Themes caregivers expressed on the post-survey included better understanding of caring for a stroke patient, and coping with the unpredictability of a patient’s prognosis. P-014 Improvement in Angiographic Transit Times Post Endovascular Vasospasm Treatment in Patients with Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Haemorrhage
Conclusion The DSA TT correlated with improvements in neurological status in patients with clinical vasospasm. TT might reflect a better way to assess vasospasm severity and response to treatment as compared to vessel diameter. This method may serve as a useful indirect technique for cerebral blood flow assessment in the angiography suite. Cerebral vasospasm patterns following aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage: an angiographic study comparing coils with clips
Conclusions Patients with aSAH treated by endovascular coiling and surgical clipping demonstrate distinct vasospasm patterns. While both initially exhibit perianeurysmal spasm, patients treated by coiling go on to develop stepwise progression distally over time. This finding may reflect dispersion of blood breakdown products along preserved CSF egress pathways in patients treated by endovascular coiling.

Assessment of intracranial aneurysm rupture based on morphology parameters and anatomical locations
Conclusions Size ratio, height–width ratio, aneurysm inclination angle, aneurysm shape, and aneurysm location might be important for discriminating between ruptured and unruptured aneurysms. Further investigation will determine whether these morphological parameters and anatomical locations will be reliable predictors of aneurysm rupture.
