Misdiagnosis of CADASIL: A single Medical Center experience (P1.251)
Conclusions:CADASIL is the most prevalent monogenic cerebral small-vessel arteriopathy. Despite wide availability of genetic testing, misdiagnosis and delay diagnosis are common.
