AbstractAnticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs effectively prevent thrombotic events in patients with cardiovascular diseases, ischemic stroke, peripheral vascular diseases, and other thromboembolic diseases. However, genetic and non-genetic factors affect the response to antithrombotic therapy and can increase the risk of adverse events.
