Does Thoracoscopic Surgery Decrease the Morbidity of Combined Lung and Chest Wall Resection?
CONCLUSIONS: Thoracoscopic chest wall resection was feasible, expanded our case selection, and reduced prosthetic reconstruction. It did not, however, protect frail, elderly patients reliably.
