Sleep Quality and Poor Sleep-related Factors Among Healthcare Workers During the COVID-19 Pandemic in Vietnam
CONCLUSIONS: The high prevalence of poor sleep among HCWs in Vietnam during the COVID-19 pandemic was similar to that in other countries. Working conditions should be adjusted to improve sleep quality among this population.PMID:37551070 | PMC:PMC10415641 | DOI:10.3961/jpmph.22.528

A novel medical apparatus for the containment and evaluation of a pediatric patient under suspicion for highly communicable infectious disease
CONCLUSIONS: This novel apparatus is a feasible tool in the rapid evaluation of a HCID patient in the ED. A future study is needed to assess protection and training using this apparatus.PMID:37551902 | DOI:10.5055/ajdm.2022.0447

Utilization of the Unlinked Case Proportion to Control COVID-19: A Focus on the Non-pharmaceutical Interventional Policies of the Korea and Japan
CONCLUSIONS: Higher UCs were associated with increases in confirmed cases and TPR, indicating the importance of combining testing and contact tracing in controlling COVID-19. The implementation of stricter policies led to stronger correlations between these indicators. The proportion of UCs and TPR effectively indicated the effectiveness of NPIs. If the proportion of UCs shows an upward trend, more testing and contact tracing may be required.PMID:37551076 | PMC:PMC10415646 | DOI:10.3961/jpmph.23.056
