The Prevalence of MYD88 L265P and TNFAIP3 Mutations and Their Correlations with Clinico-Hematological Profile in Egyptian Patients with Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma
CONCLUSION: MYD88 L265P and to lesser extent TNFAIP3 mutations are major mutations in ABC- DLBCL and may be predictive factors for poor OS in ABC- DLBCL patients.PMID:37505783 | DOI:10.31557/APJCP.2023.24.7.2485

Complete Decongestive Therapy Effect on Breast Cancer Related to Lymphedema: A Systemic Review and Meta-Analysis of Randomized Controlled Trials
CONCLUSIONS: The CDT is still recommended as the primary therapy for BCRL and is regarded the most practical and cost-effective treatment for BCRL. This result recommends patients to perform CDT to improve their QOL, ROM, and to lessen pain and edema volume. To improve the body of evidence supporting the effectiveness of the CDT on BCRL, additional trials with bigger sample sizes, longer follow-ups, blindness outcomes, and patient compliance evaluations are required.PMID:37505751 | DOI:10.31557/APJCP.2023.24.7.2225

What is the Role of SNORA42 in Carcinogenesis? A Systematic Review
CONCLUSION: The summary of the main information about SNORA42 in the process of carcinogenesis and cancer progression shows that the use of this snoRNA is ideal for future applications in the field of oncology, in which it can be used as a biomarker and therapeutic target. Thus, it is of fundamental importance to carry out new studies to consolidate the applicability of this molecule.PMID:37505750 | DOI:10.31557/APJCP.2023.24.7.2217
