CONCLUSIONS: Physical therapy intersects with people experiencing mental health disorders across a broad spectrum of diagnoses, covering a range of interventions with a small but growing evidence base.IMPACT: Exercise and physical activity studies dominated the highest levels of evidence and future focus although economic evaluations and consumer-driven or patient experience studies are needed.
