Acute and subacute neurovascular impact of cryptogenic air emboli
CONCLUSION: This case highlights that cerebral air emboli can cause delayed ischemia that may not be appreciated on initial imaging. O09/90 Thrombectomy in ischemic stroke patients with large core but minor or absent ischemic changes on non-enhanced computed tomography
ConclusionIn patients with ASPECTS≥6, core volumes did not significantly modify the treatment effect of recanalization. IntroductionRescue stenting is used more and more in stroke cases with large-vessel-occlusion or medium-vessel-occlusion refractory to mechanical thrombectomy. The pEGASUS-stent(Phenox) represents a device which is equipped with a hydrophilic polymer coating(HPC) with antithrombogenic properties.
