Authors: Meregildo ED Abstract Neurocysticercosis (NCC) is a global health problem. In more developed countries, NCC is mainly a disease affecting immigrants. In developing countries, NCC is the most common parasitic disease of the nervous system and the main cause of acquired epilepsy.
