PARN Knockdown in Cell Lines Results in Differential and Cell-Specific Alterations in the Expression of Cancer-Associated mRNAs
CONCLUSION: The results of this study reveal that PARN deficiency leads to an altered stability of cancer-associated mRNA, distinctly, in cells of different lineages. Despite previous reports suggesting a potential therapeutic role of PARN in cancer, our results suggest that PARN may not be an important biomarker, particularly in lung cancer.PMID:35092390 | DOI:10.31557/APJCP.2022.23.1.207

Annexin A1 Is a Potential Prognostic Marker for, and Enhances the Metastasis of, Cholangiocarcinoma
CONCLUSION: These findings strongly imply that ANXA1 contributes to the progression of CCA. ANXA1 can serve as a potential prognostic marker for CCA. Ablation of ANXA1 action may be an alternative strategy to prevent metastasis of CCA.PMID:35225485 | DOI:10.31557/APJCP.2022.23.2.715
