The Diagnosis and Treatment of Postoperative Right Heart Failure
CONCLUSION: Survival is aided by the rapid recognition of right heart failure, targeted multidisciplinary treatment, and contact with an extracorporeal life support (ECLS) center for additional supportive treatment measures. The Interdisciplinary Management of Acute Chest Pain.
CONCLUSION: Acute chest pain is a major diagnostic challenge for the physician. Common errors are traceable to non-recognition of important causes and to an inadequate diagnostic work-up.
