CONCLUSION: The state of the evidence is limited in both quantity and quality, corresponding to evidence level 2a for surgical and non-surgical methods. Advances in imaging and neurophysiological testing have made the diagnosis easier to establish. Hydration Status Assessment in Older Patients
CONCLUSION: Only five of the 107 methods considered appear to be suitable for determining that a patient is dehydrated. Thus, the available scientific evidence indicates that all clinicians should critically reconsider their own techniques for assessing hydration status in elderly patients. De novo acute heart failure and acutely decompensated chronic heart failure.
CONCLUSION: The treatment of acute heart failure is markedly less evidence-based than that of chronic heart failure. Newer treatment approaches that are intended to improve outcomes still need to be tested in multicenter trials.

Somatoform disorders and medically unexplained symptoms in primary care.
CONCLUSION: The statistical heterogeneity of the included studies is very high. Somatoform disorders and medically unexplained symptoms are more common than generally assumed. The found prevalences highlight the importance of these conditions in primary care.

Risks associated with the non-medicinal use of cannabis.
CONCLUSION: Further research is needed to elucidate the causal relationships between intense cannabis use and potential damage to physical and mental health. Health problems due to cannabis use can be effectively treated.

Hoarseness-causes and treatments.
CONCLUSION: Voice therapy, vocal cord surgery, and drug therapy for appropriate groups of patients with hoarseness are well documented as effective by the available evidence. In patients with risk factors, especially smokers, hoarseness should be immediately evaluated by laryngos - copy.

Mental Disorders in Early Childhood.
CONCLUSION: The diagnostician should act cautiously when assigning psychopathological significance to symptoms arising in early childhood but should still be able to recognize mental disorders early from the way they are embedded in the child's interactive relationships with parents or significant others, and then to initiate the appropriate treatment. Psychotherapy in this age group is still in need of validation by efficacy studies and longitudinal studies of adequate quality.

Thermal Ablation of Renal Tumors: Indications, Techniques and Results.
CONCLUSION: The thermoablative techniques are an important addition to the armamentarium of effective treatments for locally confined renal tumors. The guidelines of the American and European urological societies now list thermoablation with RFA or CA as an option for the treatment of small renal tumors with curative intent.
