Group-based circuit training to improve mobility after stroke: a cross-sectional survey of German and Austrian physical therapists in outpatient settings
CONCLUSION: German and Austrian PTs do not yet use GCT in outpatient physical therapy for stroke. Almost half of PTs, however, employ task-oriented training as recommended across guidelines. Multiple relationships between cognition-motor impairment and activity-based clinical outcome measures in 218 hemiplegic stroke patients

Effects of innovative hip-knee-ankle interlimb coordinated robot training on ambulation, cardiopulmonary function, depression, and fall confidence in acute hemiplegia.
CONCLUSIONS: Our results provide novel, promising clinical evidence that WLT improved balance and gait function as well as cardiopulmonary and psychological functions, and fall confidence in acute stroke survivors who were unable to ambulate independently. Treatment interventions for pusher syndrome: A case series.
CONCLUSIONS: These outcomes provide preliminary evidence of decreased pushing behavior, and improved balance and transfers following a program of interventions designed to improve the functional outcomes of patients with PS. Larger studies are needed to confirm these findings, and whether these interventions are effective for patients with less severe pushing behavior. PMID: 30814367 [PubMed - in process]
