Transient Ischemic Attacks Preceding Acute Lacunar Infarction
Conclusion: Lacunar TIA may occur due to small perforating microatheromatous arteries caused by diabetes. Determinants of Patient Delay in Transient Ischemic Attack
Conclusion: Patients still tend to wait till office hours to report TIA symptoms. Speech difficulties, and specifically dysarthria, are related to shorter delay.
