The Impact of COVID-19 on Emergent Large-Vessel Occlusion: Delayed Presentation Confirmed by ASPECTS INTERVENTIONAL
CONCLUSIONS: The pandemic led to delays in patients arriving at hospitals, leading to decreased patients eligible for treatment, while in-hospital evaluation and treatment times remain unchanged.

Cerebrovascular Disease in COVID-19 ADULT BRAIN
We report a case of COVID-19 with acute ischemic stroke. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of COVID-19-related cerebral infarcts that includes brain imaging at multiple time points and CT angiography. There is a growing body of published evidence that complications of COVID-19 are not limited to the pulmonary system. Neuroradiologists should be aware of a wide range of neurologic manifestations, including cerebrovascular disease.

Initial Stroke Thrombectomy Experience in New York City during the COVID-19 Pandemic INTERVENTIONAL
We report the early incidence of COVID-19 positivity in patients with emergent large-vessel occlusion and demonstrate that thrombectomy continues to be an efficacious option, as well as safe for health care providers.

COVID-19 Neurologic Complication with CNS Vasculitis-Like Pattern ADULT BRAIN
We report a unique neurologic complication of COVID-19 in a patient who had extensive cerebral small-vessel ischemic lesions resembling cerebral vasculitis in a characteristic combined imaging pattern of ischemia, hemorrhage, and punctuate postcontrast enhancement. Also, a characteristic lower extremity skin rash was present in our patient. Our observation lends support to the increasingly suspected mechanism of "endotheliitis" associated with this novel coronavirus.

Vessel Wall Enhancement and Focal Cerebral Arteriopathy in a Pediatric Patient with Acute Infarct and COVID-19 Infection PEDIATRICS
SUMMARY: Herein, we report the findings of intracranial arterial wall enhancement, consistent with focal cerebral arteriopathy–inflammatory type, in a child presenting with acute infarct in the setting of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infection. To our knowledge, this report provides the first description of vessel wall imaging findings in COVID-19-associated acute stroke.

Brain and Lung Imaging Correlation in Patients with COVID-19: Could the Severity of Lung Disease Reflect the Prevalence of Acute Abnormalities on Neuroimaging? A Global Multicenter Observational Study ADULT BRAIN
CONCLUSIONS: The CT lung disease severity score may be predictive of acute abnormalities on neuroimaging in patients with COVID-19 with neurologic manifestations. This can be used as a predictive tool in patient management to improve clinical outcome.

Navigating Supply Chain Disruptions of Iodinated Contrast Agent for Neuroimaging and How Business Intelligence Can Help the Decision Process ADULT BRAIN
SUMMARY: A recent coronavirus disease 2019–related shutdown of the main production facility of iohexol in China has led to massive shortages of iodinated contrast material across the globe. This shortage has also jeopardized neuroimaging. In this article, we describe remedies to reduce iodinated contrast material use for stroke imaging, which is its primary use in neuroimaging, that we have implemented in our hospital network.
