Post-stroke gait training practices in a low resource setting: A cross-sectional survey among Indian physiotherapists
CONCLUSION: The findings of the study point toward a lack of evidence-based practice among Indian physiotherapists while training gait after stroke. Impact of central facial palsy and dysarthria on quality of life in patients with stroke: The KOSCO study.

Walking on uneven terrain in healthy adults and the implications for people after stroke.
CONCLUSIONS: Studies of biomechanical and neuromuscular control of walking on uneven terrain are needed to quantify mobility limitations in adults post-stroke. Such investigations will contribute to the understanding of mobility impairments after stroke and the design of critically important intervention strategies. Do trunk exercises improve trunk and upper extremity performance, post stroke? A systematic review and meta-analysis.

The comparison of clinical and computerized measurement of sitting balance in stroke patients and healthy individuals.
CONCLUSIONThe results of this study implies that both the computerized and clinical sitting balance measurements can be used objectively for the assessment of sitting balance but the computerized methods might be preferable due to requiring shorter time with less intra-tester variability. Self-perceived functioning and disability after randomized conventional and electromechanically-assisted gait training in subacute stroke: a 6 months follow-up.
CONCLUSIONS: This study indicates that EAGT and conventional gait training in the subacute stage after stroke have no differential impact on self-perceived functioning, disability and recovery at 6 months after stroke. Further, the study highlights the importance of interventions targeting ADL and self-care independence during stroke rehabilitation to enhance self-perceived recovery and clinical aspects to be targeted to enhance perceived mobility. What can virtual reality offer to stroke patients? A narrative review of the literature.
CONCLUSION: The studies confirmed the effectiveness of various forms of VR treatment in the alleviation of psychological and behavioral problems and psychiatric disorders. There is a shortage of VR-based technological solutions that would, besides physical rehabilitation, offer stroke patients therapeutic tools to alleviate psychological disturbance and improve the patient's mood and motivation.
