Nomogram to Predict Symptomatic Intracranial Hemorrhage after Intravenous Thrombolysis in Acute Ischemic Stroke in an Asian Population
CONCLUSION: The nomogram consisted of the predictors NIHSS, OTT, NLR, and cardioembolism could be used as an auxiliary tool to predict the individual risk of sICH in Chinese AIS patients after IVT. Further external verification among more diverse patient populations is needed to demonstrate the accuracy of the model's predictions.PMID:34951382 | DOI:10.2174/1567202619666211223150907

Nonfocal Symptoms in Patients with Transient Ischemic Attack and Association with Stroke Risk
CONCLUSIONS: The occurrence of nonfocal symptoms did not increase the risk of stroke at one-year follow-up compared to the occurrence of focal symptoms alone.PMID:34923945 | DOI:10.2174/1567202619666211217124919

Regulatory mechanism of the SNHG3/miR-302a-3p/E2F1 feedback loop in nerve repair post cerebral ischemic stroke
CONCLUSION: miR-302a-3p overexpression repressed SNHG3 transcription by targeting E2F1 expression, thereby promoting nerve repair and alleviating CIS.PMID:34895123 | DOI:10.2174/1567202618666211210155715
