Prevention of neurological complications during COVID-19: a retrospective analysis of the ISARIC4C national cohort
This study is the first to focus on the prevention of neurological complications and strongly supports the continued use of both dexamethasone and remdesivir in severe COVID-19. Our results suggest that the established benefit of dexamethasone on mortality in COVID-19 is not associated with an increased burden of long-term neurological disability.

Amantadine treatment is associated with improved consciousness in patients with non-traumatic brain injury
Conclusions Amantadine treatment is associated with improved consciousness among patients with different types of non-traumatic brain injury in this observational cohort analysis. Epileptic seizures should be considered as potential side effects and randomised controlled trials are needed to confirm these findings.

Cerebral infarction and tuberculoma in central nervous system tuberculosis: frequency and prognostic implications
Conclusions Tuberculomas were present in 50% of patients, while infarcts were present in 25%. Old age, TBM grading, presence of infarction and hydrocephalus were all predictors of poor outcome.
