Comparative Matched Outcome of Evolut-R vs CoreValve Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation.
CONCLUSION: This study indicates that the efficacy and safety of the self-expandable second-generation Evolut-R transcatheter valve is at least comparable with the first-generation CoreValve. The observed improved performance in correct positioning of a single valve and the numerically lower chance to suffer a combined TAVI endpoint needs further investigation. Thirty-Day Outcomes in 100 Consecutive Patients Undergoing Transfemoral Aortic Valve Replacement With the Portico Valve on an All-Comer Basis.

Sapien 3 Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation With Moderate or Without Predilation.

Initial Single-Center Experience With the Fully Repositionable Transfemoral Lotus Aortic Valve System.
CONCLUSION: Our first real-time experience with the fully repositionable Lotus TAVR system mimics the results of early clinical studies like REPRISE II. Further next-generation modifications in combination with gaining experience with this new device will likely reduce the need for new permanent pacemaker implantation and vascular complications in the future. Transfemoral Transcatheter Aortic Valve-in-Valve Implantation for Aortic Valve Bioprosthesis Failure With the Fully Repositionable and Retrievable Lotus Valve: A Single-Center Experience.

A Direct Comparison of Self-Expandable Portico Versus Balloon-Expandable Sapien 3 Devices for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement: A Case-Matched Cohort Study.

Impact of Severity of Chronic Kidney Disease on Management and Outcomes Following Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement With Newer-Generation Transcatheter Valves.
