Conclusion The majority of the cohort was discharged on the appropriate evidence based medications for the management of secondary stroke. Further improvement may be achieved by pharmacist intervening as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Conclusion Drug-related problems are relatively common in hospitalized ischemic stroke patients in China, and treatment safety is the major DRP type. Pharmacist intervention can identify and resolve pertinent DRPs to optimize medication therapy.

The association of clopidogrel and 2-oxo-clopidogrel plasma levels and the 40  months clinical outcome after primary PCI
Conclusion Clopidogrel dose-adjusted plasma concentration in STEMI patients, as well as multivessel coronary artery disease, showed significance in predicting an unfavorable composite clinical outcome after 40-month follow-up.

Trends of antihypertensive agents in patients with hypertension and coronary artery disease in a tertiary hospital of China
Conclusion The compliance to guidelines is overall well for patients with hypertension and coronary artery disease, but improvements is needed for patients with type 2 diabetes. Multi-center studies with large-scale data are required to further assess the usage of antihypertensive agents in patients.
