This study describes a peptidomic approach for the identification of ACE-inhibitory and antioxidant peptides generated from thornback ray muscle (Raja clavata) hydrolysates from Bacillus subtilis A26 and Bacillus amyloliquefaciens Neutrase® enzymes and expose the potential of thornback ray muscle hydrolysate as a source of bioactive peptides.
