Psychological impact of the Spring 2019 flood among adult population of Iran
CONCLUSION: The results of this study revealed a high prevalence of psychological distress and depression in the flood-affected adult population. The high-risk group, particularly flood victims who had a history of mental disorders, and those exposed to severe damages of flood, should be prioritized for screening, and mental health services.PMID:37329163 | DOI:10.1177/00207640231180824

Pre-diabetes, Diabetes Mellitus and Related Cardio-metabolic Risk Factors in the Southern Coastal Region of Iran Middle-aged and Elderly Population; Bandare-Kong Cohort Study
CONCLUSION: The current study illustrated that T2DM and IFG have a high prevalence among the middle-aged and elderly adult Iranian population, particularly in rural dwellers.
