The synergistic effect of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma KYSE150 cells and M2 macrophages on lymphatic endothelial cells.
Conclusions: M2 macrophages can enhance the proliferation, migration and ring forming abilities of ESCC-LECs. ESCC cells and M2 macrophages have synergistic effects on the proliferation, migration and ring forming abilities of ESCC-LECs. VEGF-C siRNA can inhibit the proliferation, migration and ring forming abilities of ESCC-LECs by silencing the expression of VEGF-C and its receptor VEGFR-3 in KYSE150 cells and M2 macrophages. Exendin-4 promotes the osteogenic differentiation of osteoblasts via the Hedgehog/Gli1 signaling pathway.
This study aimed to investigate the effect and mechanisms of Exendin-4 mediated-Hedgehog/Gli1 signaling pathway on the differentiation of osteoblasts in mouse. The alkaline phosphate activity, alizarin red staining and expression of Gli1, GLP-1R, Hedgehog, Runx2 and osteocalcin were analyzed using PCR and Western blot analysis after treating the osteoblastic cell line MC3T3-E1 with Exendin-4. CXCL16 is activated by p-JNK and is involved in H2O2-induced HK-2 cell injury via p-ERK signaling.
In this study, we have worked to determine the function of CXCL16 and to investigate the involvement of ERK and JNK signaling in AKI. We used H2O2 and recombinant human CXCL16 protein (rh CXCL16) to treat the human renal tubular epithelial cell line, HK-2, in vitro. The present results indicate that H2O2 inhibits proliferation, induces apoptosis, and up-regulates expression of CXCL16 and the CXCL16 receptor, CXCR6, in HK-2 cells. Fetuin B aggravates liver X receptor-mediated hepatic steatosis through AMPK in HepG2 cells and mice.
This study aims to investigate the role of fetuin B in hepatic steatosis in C57BL/6 mice and HepG2 cells. 1) We found that the administration of recombinant fetuin B aggravated hepatic lipid accumulation caused by free fatty acids (FFAs) or high fat diet, in vivo and in vitro. Combination of cetuximab with met inhibitor in control of cetuximab-resistant oral squamous cell carcinoma.

Kalirin-7 contributes to type 2 diabetic neuropathic pain via the postsynaptic density-95/N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor 2B-dependent N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor 2B phosphorylation in the spinal cord in rats.
