Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma in a Patient with Down Syndrome
We report our experience with a patient with Down syndrome in whom PCNSL was diagnosed. The patient, a 48-year-old man with a diagnosis of Down syndrome, had no history of malignant tumors. The patient visited the hospital with complaints of left hemiparesis and gait disturbance. A thorough examination revealed the brain tumors, and tumor biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of PCNSL. The final pathological diagnosis was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the central nervous system.
