ConclusionIntranasal steroid injections are a safe treatment for chronic rhinitis and sinusitis patients. When performed correctly, there is evidence to justify the use of methylprednisolone acetate or triamcinolone acetonide injections into the inferior turbinates and nasal polyps. Level of Evidence4.
