Prevalence of overweight and obesity and associated factors among women of childbearing age in Brazil.
CONCLUSION: The results showed an association between excess weight and sociodemographic factors, both determinants of general and reproductive health history. Implementation of effective public health policies is necessary to prevent unfavorable outcomes related to the health of women of childbearing age with excess weight.
