Conclusions: The present study showed that CST integrity (at 6 months after onset) in patients with chronic stroke was related to functional hand status. In addition, the mid-pons FA value was more predictive of functional restoration of the hand than the FN or FA value at the pontomedullary junction. Effects of Cerebrolysin ® in Patients With Minimally Conscious State After Stroke: An Observational Retrospective Clinical Study
Conclusion: This retrospective study suggests that Cerebrolysin may improve the level of consciousness in stroke patients with MCS, which should be further investigated in a well-designed, double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized trial.

The Reliability of the Progression of Autonomies Scale Applied on Acquired Brain Injured Patients
This study is aimed at testing the reliability of the PAS, by means of evaluation of the inter-rater and intra-rater agreement analysis performed in a different cohort of ABI patients with respect to our previous study (8). As above reported (see Table 1), high level of reliability of the PAS was revealed, with data ranging from substantial to almost perfect agreement for the inter-rater agreement and almost perfect agreement for the intra-rater agreement.
