Dose-Dependent Inhibitory Effects of Cilostazol on Delayed Cerebral Infarction After Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage
AbstractCilostazol is a selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type III that downregulates tenascin-C (TNC), a matricellular protein, which may cause delayed cerebral infarction after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).
