Abstract B16: Comparing heart age among Alabama residents with and without a history of cancer
Conclusion: Among the sample of 8,153 Alabama residents, cancer survivors have significantly higher heart age score, suggestive of greater risk for developing cardiovascular disease than residents with no history of cancer. Additional analyses will include exploring decision tree and logistic regression models to predict cancer diagnosis. Disparities in race, age, socioeconomic status, and geographic locations will be explored.
